Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice for any reason. The provisions relating to limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Spero Therapeutics regarding use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed to constitute a further or continuing waiver of such provisions. The effective date of these Terms are set forth above.
